Human Resources Manager role has just opened for one mining company based outside Java.

About the Role: Reporting to Director of the company, the Human Resources Manager is responsible to provide a wide variety of both complex and routine administration services in the areas of employee relations, full cycle recruitment, benefit administration, performance management, policy administration and other HR initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice to managers and employees on HR programs, service changes, employment legislation, and day to day tactical HR matters and ensure advice and practices are consistent with company standards
  • Lead the recruitment function which includes building and identifying effective candidate sources and tools, and candidate screening
  • Oversee and manage the performance management process including development plans, performance evaluations, and year-end review process
  • Forecast HR related expenditures and manage the budget and ongoing allocation of resources
  • Build a site culture that is consistent with the company values
  • Integrated HR system to the current ERP and championing the change management process
  • Manage the administration of C&B to ensure internal equity and compliance with company practices
  • Respond to queries regarding compensation and benefits program and resolve or escalate complex issues
  • Manage and deliver employee induction process and ensure new employees are aware of job requirements and HSE standard
Key Requirements:
  • Work experience as a HR Manager, HR business partner or similar role
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervising / leading team and people
  • Knowledge of human resources experience in high volume recruitment environment preferably in mining or other natural resources sector
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS)
  • Good understanding of labor legislation
  • Experience building relationship with local communities
  • Communication and problem-solving skills
  • S1 in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
  • Willingness to travel to sites
