Commercial Manager (Pharma)


An exciting new opportunity as Commercial Manager for a leading pharmaceutical company has come up.

  • Good mix of commercial experience across Sales & Marketing
  • Must have worked for Pharmaceutical MNCs before
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Plan, propose, manage and monitor product annual marketing plan, including strategy and activity
  • Plan, propose, manage and monitor budget and expenses and report variances on implementation
  • Manage specific brand marketing strategy. Coordinate and execute new product launch & re-launch, including  ATL & BTL promotion strategy
  • Plan, manage and monitor product marketing communication strategies and programs
  • Set up yearly and monthly sales target as well as manage and monitor  the salesforce
  • Manage and monitor distributor performance based on assigned products
  • Manage a collection of consumer research data.
  • Review and analyze consumer research data for inputs to develop new products or re-launch existing products
  • Responsible for the entire company's product portfolio
Job Requirements: 
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably pharmacy or medical science from a reputable university 
  • Has at least 3 years of working experience as a Product/Brand Manager in Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies 
  • Strong communications skills
  • Willing to travel extensively throughout Indonesia
