- Plan, propose, manage and monitor product annual marketing plan, including strategy and activity
- Plan, propose, manage and monitor budget and expenses and report variances on implementation
- Manage specific brand marketing strategy. Coordinate and execute new product launch & re-launch, including ATL & BTL promotion strategy
- Plan, manage and monitor product marketing communication strategies and programs
- Set up yearly and monthly sales target as well as manage and monitor the salesforce
- Manage and monitor distributor performance based on assigned products
- Manage a collection of consumer research data.
- Review and analyze consumer research data for inputs to develop new products or re-launch existing products
- Responsible for the entire company's product portfolio
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably pharmacy or medical science from a reputable university
- Has at least 3 years of working experience as a Product/Brand Manager in Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies
- Strong communications skills
- Willing to travel extensively throughout Indonesia
