Local listed company is looking for new HRBP to be allocated outside Jakarta area.

Job Description:
You will be an experienced HRBP who is highly capable of being an equal partner to the business with strong communication, networking and analytical skills to support leaders in engaging and enabling their teams to high performance.
We’re looking for someone with a positive mindset, a drive to continuously improve both the business and themselves, and someone who has a passion for getting to know key clients and the people in it; progressing our client's talent agenda to enable them to win.
Your main responsibilities will be to understand the areas of the business that you support and to build high quality partnering relationships with your customer groups. You’ll also be a key contributor to the wider HR team, working to develop people strategies that ensure that we attract, engage, enable and retain our employees and so support the business to achieve its’ objective to win in the market.

Experience Required:
  • Previous experience of working as an HRBP, ideally within mining and or agricultural area of expertise is preferred.-
  • Working towards senior managerial level, with managerial level. 
  • Experience of working in large distribution business model is a plus. 
  • Experienced in effectively managing people processes i.e. talent management, performance management, reward cycles, and assessment. 
  • Demonstrable case management experience, including management of complex employment regulation cases. 
  • Ability to effectively manage organizational change. 
  • Sound HRIS analytical skills.
