Finance Controller


Our client is looking for experienced finance controller to be based in Bekasi area.

Job Responsibilities:
The Finance controller will play a key role in business value creation by safeguarding and enhancing system, process, and people capability in main finance area to deliver positive impacts to business and other functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consolidation reporting and overseeing booking and distributing information over record-to-report process, authorizing for action, and complying with established accounting standards.
  • Fixed Assets tracking and control are part of this accounting responsibilities.
  • Maintains proper accounts reconciliation, financial information, files and records (i.e., copies of paid invoices, checks, documentation, reimbursement, reports, vendor files, receipts, etc.).
  • Preparing budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis on monthly and annual basis.
  • Manage cash flow monitoring and act as liaison to bank for on/offshore loan facility, including hedging strategy and derivatives.
  • Manage inventory control monitoring and provide improvement on the process.
  • Develop tax strategies which minimize corporate expenses and collaborate with management in adopting and/or planning tax accounting procedures and provide advice on related tax considerations.
  • Ensure Tax Compliance in daiy operation and monthly tax reporting to Indonesia Tax Office.
  • Conduct and review tax audits and coordinates & negotiate with official tax matters and tax consultant.
  • Process Excellence Project for Oracle ERP system
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports and ensure direct report performs the same to their staffs both performance and potential (competencies development).
Key Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Master's Degree in Accountancy.
  • At least 20 Year(s) of working experience in the industrial manufacturing sector is required for this position.
  • Savvy in Oracle ERP system.
  • CA or CPA is a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • High exposure in business process improvement and able to demonstrate clear evidence on the result.
  • Detail-oriented and good in analytical thinking
  • Ability to apply dynamism and logical judgment to diverse challenging situations.
  • Ability to respond with perceptiveness under variable circumstances.
  • Fluent in English.
