Job Responsibilities:
  • Build & implement Go-to Market strategy for the new product or product feature launches, from defining the target markets/segments, product positioning into success metrics.
  • Actively collaborate across function & streams (Business Intelligence, CRM, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Creative) on campaign end to end planning, execution, campaign monitoring and building success tracking reports
  • Identify the most suitable marketing channels and target segment for each marketing initiatives to manage user communications through targeted channels such as CRM (in-app channels), paid social media, or offline media
  • Produce detailed brief, analysis and reports of campaigns. Analyze, evaluate, and optimize marketing campaign performance to make sure all the investment is effective and efficient
  • Actively monitor and create an end-to-end marketing initiative to increase the company’s products and features to Market
  • Manage marketing spend as per budget, to achieve OKR efficiently
Key Requirements:
  • 4+ years work experience in product marketing, experience in fast-growing tech startup will be beneficial
  • Experience in understanding customer behavior, segmentation, Go-to-Market strategy
  • A strong business acumen; able to create goal-oriented campaign designs and drive continuous improvement of marketing campaigns
  • English is a must
