My client is a major player in the event hire and temporary POS stand space. They are highly regarded within their sector for providing a world class product and delivering an end-to-end solution for hundreds of their clients through a variety of industry sectors.

 
During their 30 years of operation their innovation and creative ability to think outside the box has allowed them to work with some of the biggest brands on the globe, putting them at the forefront of their space.
 
Due to unprecedented growth, a position has become available to join the team as a Business Development Manager.

Position

In this Melbourne based role you, as Business Development Manager, will report directly to the National Sales Director. Your duties will include:

  • Identifying and creating new business opportunities in your territory
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets
  • Being the initial contact regarding customer technical queries
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing the CRM reporting system
  • Implementing sales strategies, based on customer needs
  • Represent the business at trade shows
  • Grow the brands presence within the market  
In addition to this you’ll have a dedicated account manager and an adequate sales support team by your side to ensure great service is provided.

Candidate & Remuneration

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, autonomous and very much consider themselves a hunter. They will have an eye for identifying and converting new business opportunities and ideally will have proven experience within the Event Hire or POS stand space.
  
In return, you will be paid a highly competitive base salary and superannuation. You will also receive a car allowance and tools of trade including laptop and mobile phone. All interstate travel requirements will be fully funded in advance by our client. You will be paid a lucrative commission structure which is equitable and achievable.
