An exciting opportunity has arisen with a reputable organisation who delivers an exceptional standard around cleaning services for education, health, private and government clients.  They are currently looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented Contract Manager, to fulfil a role managing a portfolio of sites.
 
 
Your accountabilities will include:

  • Ensuring a quality approach and pride is taken in the delivery of work
  • Overseeing the performance operationally and financially of the portfolio
  • Leading and inspiring a team of cleaners, including leading from the front
  • Developing solid relationships with clients, with the ability to listen and act
  • WH&S and management of compliance
 
Your background:
 
You will have a customer-oriented and ‘can-do’ attitude, with experience in managing cleaning services.  As a people manager, you will lead from the front which on occasions, may mean being ‘hands-on.’  This is a varied role, which requires an organised approach and good problem-solving skills.  You will be commercially aware and have confidence in managing budgets.  Ensuring safety and compliance is also paramount.
