A proactive, dynamic and reputable national cleaning services organisation, is looking to further develop its market share in NSW.  The Sales Manager will be responsible for cross-selling cleaning and integrated services across government, health, education and private clients.  This is a newly created opportunity within their management team structure.

You will be accountable for:
  • Being a valued ambassador for the organisation
  • Actively pursuing leads and developing sound business relationships
  • Identifying and pursuing new potential areas of growth
  • Driving forward the tender approach on behalf of the organisation
  • Overseeing the pricing of work to ensure profitability in line with company goals and vision
Your background:

The position suits a proven sales professional, who is self-motivated and proactive with a diligent approach and tenacity.  You will demonstrate a proven track record in selling services and comfortably formulate solutions for a client.   Commercial acumen around pricing structures to ensure profitability is important as well as strong communication skills.   Developing trust and long-term relationships with an ethical approach will ensure you fit comfortably in the team culture.
