Would you like to provide your property management expertise to a leading provider of aged care and retirement living services?   Are you versatile to join on an interim capacity during a busy period?

This exciting opening offers you the opportunity to provide support and guidance to an established provider of aged care services relating to all facets of property services across their portfolio.


You will be responsible and accountable for the following:

  • Management of a small directly employed property team
  • Ensuring a high standard of presentation and condition of buildings and grounds
  • Management of strategic asset management and capital works delivery
  • Budget management and control
  • Adherence to compliance, safety and legislation

We would love to hear from you if you display:

  • Integrity and honesty
  • A solid track record in a similar role, including experience in the management of staff, contracts and projects
  • Understanding of facilities maintenance and strategic asset management
  • Proven problem-solving skills and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to relate to customers and stakeholders
