- Identifying, generating and developing relationships with potential new prospects
- Managing the sales process from lead enquiry to completion
- Taking clients through the tenancy and demonstrating a range of potential options
- Responding promptly to customers' requests or queries
- Ongoing servicing of key accounts
- Providing recommendations and ideas relating to the service, product and market trends
