Our client is a global organisation offering a high level of service and satisfaction to clients, specialising in the commercial office sector.   Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Manager - Commercial Leasing to join their friendly and vibrant team based in Melbourne's CBD. This opening will see you involved in leasing commercial office space for a new development, as well as the existing portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, generating and developing relationships with potential new prospects
  • Managing the sales process from lead enquiry to completion
  • Taking clients through the tenancy and demonstrating a range of potential options
  • Responding promptly to customers' requests or queries
  • Ongoing servicing of key accounts
  • Providing recommendations and ideas relating to the service, product and market trends
