Our client is one of Australia’s best-known brands in the automotive spare parts industry. Our client has a network of over 500 stores and 4000 + employees based in Glendenning, NSW.
Our client is seeking an experienced P&C Advisor to move their business through the next transformational change. Ultimately you will vet all first point of contact queries for all employment relations matters advising on Tier one- and Tier two-level queries. You will be able to move matters through the escalation processes for more senior members to address. You will be well versed in the Australian National Employment Standards, regulations and employment laws. After training, able to refer subject matters to policies and procedures to follow process for a win win situation. You will be customer centric and a natural end to end P&C solutions provider.
  • First point of contact for basic HR enquiries
  • Provide support through the employee lifecycle
  • Advise on ER related queries (some IR)
  • Ensure and maintain a positive and compliant working environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • An understanding on ER/IR related queries and best practice against NES, Australian Employment laws
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Customer centric operator
  • High attention to detail in a confidential environment
