Our client is a fast-growing online foreign exchange and trading business, operating in OTC derivatives market and is one of the largest in its niche in Australia.

You are an experienced Client Support Manager who can lead and develop a large global team based in Australia and overseas. You have the capability to provide outstanding customer support to clients and develop effective customer support procedures and improvements which complies with relevant financial services regulations and setting customer satisfaction goals.

You’ll have a strong background in customer support services and people management, with excellent knowledge and understanding of AFSL Obligations, AML/CTF Act, Privacy Laws and other relevant regulations applicable to financial services industry. Your experience in managing the day-to-day operations in customer support role is vital, you can respond to customer issues and client grievances in accordance with Company's internal dispute resolution procedures, create support procedures, policies, and standards in compliance with Company's Product Disclosure Statement and relevant regulations, prepare reports, hire and train new employees and develop customer satisfaction goals.

You have 5 years’ experience in a people management position and managing the customer support function within financial services industry, preferably in online foreign exchange and/or online trading space. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally, customer service software (zendesk) or something similar, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, good understanding of management practices and techniques and excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
