Building on our foundations as an Industrial builder in the 70’s, RCC has invested in our Industrial resources to ensure we are able to service our Industrial client from design through to after care and tenancy fit out.

As a WHS&E Advisor/Safety Advisor you will be responsible for the following on our largest NSW Industrial project to date (but not limited too):    
  • Implement and maintain Management Plans on a construction project
  • To coordinate and manage many routine safety related tasks 
  • Provide advice and technical support to onsite team
  • Carry out internal investigations in timely manner
  • Maintain safety documentation and prepare for Audits
  • Share learning's with the broader business regarding Safety Management
  • Deliver site inductions, provide first aid, and assist in consultation processes  
  • Coordinate site safety inspections and close out diligently.
Skills, Experience and other Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS or equivalent
  • Construction experience in a similar role is non-negotiable
  • Strong working knowledge of construction processes
  • Articulate and professional communication skills 
  • Energy, enthusiasm and passion to be part of a great family team
