My Client specialises in delivering IT solutions designed for health care, aged care, schools as well as small and medium business organisations. They provide a broad range of technical services capable of successfully optimizing end-to-end next-generation communication networks, system servers, SANs and application integration. They are a dynamic, growing organisation and this is a great opportunity to join them at a very exciting time for the business as they proceed to grow at an incredibly fast pace.
 
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using the products. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. 
 
Responsibilities & Skills
  • Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • The responsibility for overall client satisfaction, retention, and growth for assigned accounts
  • Generating new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales revenue targets
  • Developing and growing your network of C-level executive relationships
  • You have strong business and sales acumen – the ability to critically analyse and qualify a customer and develop bespoke solutions
  • You have a proven track record of winning net new and growing existing accounts
  • You have experience and a professional network within the Education and Health Care sectors.
  • You are driven, hungry, energetic and motivated to succeed
  • You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • You are confident, well-presented, assertive, have good questioning skills, and a great sense of humourPrevious account management experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (must have a car)
