The Regional Sales Manger serves as the business lead for new customer acquisition activities and existing customer sales where required. You will represent the business across local and other growth verticals as directed. You will understand a customer’s critical business priorities and the supporting IT challenges and requirements. Focuses on driving value for the customer, while maximizing competitive advantage, revenue, and margins.
Identify and qualify new customer opportunities.
•Build strong professional working C-level relationships with prospective and existing customers. Establishes a high level of personal credibility with key customer executives.
• Leverages and positions executive sponsors and other internal resources to strengthen relationships and credibility with customer’s influencers and decision-makers.
•Researches and understands the customer’s industry, business strategies, and challenges.
•Acts as a trusted advisor to customer leaders, shaping and positioning deals early in the sales cycle. Formulates and implements strategic business plans for the customer.
•Builds and orchestrates sales pipeline activity. Ensures active nurturing of deals and movement of opportunities to close.

•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Strong software demonstration skills and ability to learn new products quickly
•Builds strong relationships at all levels of an organisation, ideally within the Community Care space
•Experience working with customers in the Community Care market in Australia or overseas.
•Driven to meet, and even exceed, KPIs including pipeline metrics, opportunity coverage, wallet share, and acquisition plans
•Ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunities within CRM systems
•Ability to proactively build relationships with potential customers.
•Uses financial-selling techniques with the customer to position value and advance sales motions
•Strong problem-solving skills
•Keeps abreast of trends and lead discussions with IT on strategic directions and linking discussions
•Aged, Disability, Mental Health and Family and Children services industry experience
•Experience in customer relationship building and sales
•Cross-Selling additional Software solutions to new and existing customers
