We are looking for a Production Manager to join the Onsite Operations Team at BOC. Based out of our Cryocentre Facility in Dandenong, you will ensure that all plants in your region are operated in a safe, reliable and efficient manner while achieving key performance indicators and annual plan objectives as agreed with the Area Operations Manager. 
Other responsibilities in this role include:
  • Accountability for compliance with safety, health, environment and quality standards
  • Accountability for cost control of plants and budget compliance
  • Coordinate the work of plant staff to achieve KPIs and annual plan objectives
  • Support and suggest activities required to ensure reliability and improvement of the plants
  • Timely and accurate data reporting
  • Meeting contractual and supply commitments
It is expected you will bring skills and experience such as:
  • Demonstrated experience in a related process plant operations or reliability role
  • Industrial Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) experience
  • University degree in Engineering is essential for this position
  • Demonstrated knowledge of process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems
  • Problem solving mindset and analytical approach
  • Strong communication skills and relationship building
