We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join us. As our dedicated Service Advisor, you will be part of our Service department team acting as the liaison between our technicians and our customers. We pride ourselves on our ability to understand each customer's individual needs, with knowledgeable advice at all stages of the servicing process.

On a day to day basis, you'll be scheduling bookings and ensuring that our customers understand what is going to happen to their vehicle.  You'll also make sure that our technicians know what is required for the day whilst allowing a good flow of communication to ensure timeframes and customer expectations are met.

Requirements to be successful
  • Minimum 2 years Service Advisor experience, or similar in an Automotive Dealership environment
  • Experience working in a fast paced customer service environment'
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, for invoicing and administration duties
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Great computer skills and systems knowledge 
  • A full valid NZ drivers licence
