This organisation has for a number of years been at the forefront on the markets in which they operate, they are well funded, lean and about to embark on a re-alignment of core products and introduction of a number of new offerings which will allow them to leverage the reputation they have into newly defined verticals.
As part of this strategy there is a requirement for an experienced BDM to join to business in this newly created role.
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders to identify new markets and verticals for the Data product offering and executing a sales strategy.
It is expected that you will utilise your drive and exemplary business development skills to drive conversations with a range of stakeholders and to execute strategies to build the conversation around Data sets and the commercial application and benefits.
As an exploding commercial field, you will also you will work closely with internal stakeholders to champion the customer experience and to help define the overall offering.
With a hunter mentality, yet the ability to approach clients in a consultative manner, you will possess first class communication skills a consultative mind set and the ability to decipher complex business issues and present tangible solutions.
Ideally you will have a demonstrable track record of high achievement in a Data, SaaS or Cloud environment, enjoy being in front of clients and driving commercial outcomes.
