The opportunity

We are currently searching for a part time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Ormeau, 2-3 days per week with other flexible options considered. Playing a key role within the Sales & Marketing team and communicating with Senior Managers, some of the responsibilities for this role are:
  • Develop and manage a marketing calendar
  • Create, produce content, and manage a social media presence
  • Coordinate industry events and sponsorship, creating key opportunities for branding and networking
  • Develop and manage a library of case studies, continually updating and promoting
  • Create and arrange video content
  • Assist in building our brand as an industry and thought leader
  • Create and coordinate promotional and marketing material - brochures, signage, artwork, capability statements
  • Website and SEO management
  • Ensure key branding messages are consistently delivered throughout all content
  • Internal marketing
  • Recruitment marketing
Your attributes and requirements
  • Previous experience in marketing essential
  • Qualifications in Marketing/Communications or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of Word Press and Adobe Suite.
  • Meticulous attention to detail essential
  • Sound knowledge of grammatical principles and sentence structure
  • Strong research skills
  • High level of organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Must be well spoken (both written and verbal), professional and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Have a progressive, team-oriented approach to problem solving
  • A multi-tasker with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook
