The role
The Metropolitan Remand Centre e is looking for a casual pharmacy technician to join the care team on a fixed term contract. Situated in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, the ravenhall subrurbs offers an easy commute for candidates living in Melbourne and the surrounding areas. Working with this patient group is rewarding as the healthcare you provide can have a positive impact for a lifetime.

Essential Requirements: 
  • Certificate III in Community Pharmacy 
  • Police check clearance.
  • A minimum of one-year full time experience as a pharmacy technician 
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, team orientated and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to meet the above accountabilities and a willingness to learn.
  •  Intermediate to advanced PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheet applications and other data bases as required.
  • Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail in the workplace
  • Demonstrated reliability, honesty, trustworthiness and responsibility
