To support our 2020 growth, we are looking for a passionate Implementation Consultant to our Identity and Access Management (IdAM) team. Due to the nature of our business, we are open to candidates based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and Adelaide.

Reporting to the Executive Director – IdAM Capability, the Implementation Consultant is responsible for implementing and testing functionality, interacting with internal and customer teams on a technical level, building strong customer relationships and serving as an escalation point for resolving customer’s issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and product support to customers to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Successfully troubleshoot and triage issues and resolve customer system, email, and phone requests using ticketing, content, and task management tools.
  • Provide support and response on an on-call basis to IdAM issues or problems arising from existing IdAM projects and escalate issues to vendors as required.
  • Write custom scripts, code samples and integration guides for customer use.
  • Contribute suggestions and efficiencies to improve documentation, processes, and knowledge base in the IdAM Practice.
  • Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value. Facilitate communication, partnerships, and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers.
About you:
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience gained from working in Professional Services. Cyber Security and/or Technology industry is preferred, with exposure to identity and access management.
  • Degree or diploma in computer science or related field.
  • Excellent customer engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with working teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details and the ability to build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problems.
  • A self-starter – able to take initiation and be decisive and flexible when it matters.
  • Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner.
  • Customer-obsessed and a self-starter, you go above and beyond to deliver extraordinary results and experiences for customers.
