To continue delivering a best-in-class service to our clients, we are looking to add DFIR Investigators at multiple levels of seniority to our specialist team across Australia.

You’ll be responsible for:  
  • Undertaking digital forensic investigations and cyber incident response engagements for our clients. 
  • Acquiring evidence from a range of physical devices, across client networks and in the cloud. 
  • Applying advanced forensic analysis tools and techniques to reconstruct the steps of suspects and attackers. 
  • Supporting other activities to assist clients in responding to sensitive and complex network breaches. 
  • Preparing reports for clients, explaining highly technical findings in simple and concise terms. 
  • Participating in professional training and development, including on-the-job training and leading industry courses and certification. 
  • Performing other activities in support of the growth and development of the DFIR practice. 
About you:  
  • 2+ years’ experience in information security, ideally with some experience in digital forensic investigations and cyber incident response. 
  • Experienced with demonstrating very strong hands-on technical skills in computer hardware, common operating systems including Windows and Linux, network administration, software development or IT Security. 
  • Strong investigative and problem-solving skills in a variety of technical and non-technical situations. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. High attention to detail.  
  • Self-starter and passionate about DFIR and cyber security. You are the type of professional who continually learns more because you love it, not because it’s on a task list.  
  • A sound professional with the highest degree of personal integrity, confidentiality and ethical judgement.  
  • A desire to embrace new technical challenges and to learn and apply new technical skills, methods and tools to investigations.
