Community Lunch Volunteer Team

Asylum Seekers Centre

To organize, coordinate and lead a team that provides and serve hot meals for around 60 people seeking asylum who are members of the Centre.

Our daily hot lunch, generously provided by our lunch volunteer teams, offers a valuable opportunity for people using our centre to come together, share a meal and to socially engage with others.

Different dates for coming to the Centre can be arranged within the overall roster.

You can either buy the ingredients and cook them at the Centre, or bring the food already prepared from home. If you are unsure of what to cook or bring, we can also recommend you a few local restaurants that have catered for us in the past.
