Trust Accountant 

Our client—an established real estate agency—is on the hunt for a Trust Accountant to join their busy office on a full-time basis. 

Working in a supportive and friendly team environment, you’ll ensure that all trust-related processes are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements, industry practices and accounting principles. 

Specifically, you’ll be responsible for everything from the daily banking and receipting; reconciling and resolving any accounting discrepancies; end-of-month processes; general legal communication; processing exchanges and settlements; and data entry. 

You’ll hold a Real Estate Agents Licence or Certificate and, ideally, have experience in a similar role.

Apart from accounting expertise and strong numeracy skills, you’ll be analytical and computer savvy, and you’ll understand the importance of integrity and confidentiality.
