About

We are on the hunt for a tech savvy and experienced Customer Service Advisor. This is a great temp opportunity if you are passionate about customer service and working in a busy, fun and vibrant environment and thrive working under pressure.

This role pays $20ph + 8 % holiday and is to run approximately up until the end of August. 

The role
  • Managing a high volume of customer queries through Zendesk
  • Customer communication through chat box, email and phone calls
  • Ensuring all customer queries are resolved in an efficient and professional manner
You?
  • Proven experience in Customer Service and Administration in a corporate environment (essential)
  • Zendesk experience and basic Excel skills a must
  • Comfortable working under pressure and in a busy environment
  • Efficient and meticulous administration skills
