About

We are on the hunt for two tech savvy and experienced Customer Service Advisors who are ready to go now! This is a great temp opportunity if you are passionate about customer service and working in a busy, fun and vibrant environment and thrive working under pressure.

These roles are to start now and are paying $20ph + 8 % holiday. 40 hours per week for initially 2 weeks.

The role
  • Managing a high volume of customer queries through Zendesk
  • Most communication is done via online communication methods, chat box, email and only some phone calls
  • Ensuring all customer queries are resolved in an efficient and professional manner
You?
  • At least 2 years experience as a Customer Service Advisor in a corporate environment (essential)
  • Zendesk experience and basic Excel skills
  • Systems savvy and quick learner to hit the ground running
  • Comfortable working under pressure and in a busy environment
  • Quick and efficient but also maintains meticulous administration standards
