An exciting, full-time opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic office manager. You will be joining a small team in a family-owned business based in Penrose. Bring your wealth of experience to this varied role.

What we are looking for:  
  • Great organisation and time management skills. The ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Experience interacting with suppliers and providing administrative support.
  • Confident dealing with billing and invoices (accounts experience highly desirable).
  • Track record of managing timesheets for contractors.
  • Monthly reporting and accounts receivable. Processing of GST and PAYE returns.
  • Resilience and problem-solving skills.
  • All round generalist, strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility – dealing with ad hoc tasks as required in a small office environment.
  • Proven experience in the day to day running of the office, ordering supplies, and supporting the team.
