Customer Service Representative - If you are energetic and customer focussed we want you!! To be successful you will have:
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a High volume fast paced customer service role
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
  • Order taking and case management experience
  • Solid Data Entry skills
  • SAP experience, advantageous!
  • Possess a can do attitude and have great communication skills both written and verbally
Accounts - We are looking for highly experienced accounts payable and accounts receivable officers. To be successful you will have:
  • A minimum of 12 months office experience
  • Previous Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience
  • Reconciliation experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
  • A friendly and confident demeanour and be able to hit the ground running.
  • Possess a can do attitude and have great communication skills both written and verbally
Administrators - We are looking for highly experienced administrators looking for their next temporary assignment. To be successful you will have:
  • A minimum of 12 months office experience
  • Prior experience in an administrative capacity
  • High proficiency in MS Office
  • A friendly, bubbly and confident demeanour and be able to hit the ground running.
  • SAP experience, advantageous!
  • Possess a can do attitude and have great communication skills both written and verbally
Receptionists - Must be able to manage very busy, computer based telephone systems. To be successful you will have:
  • A minimum of 12 months office experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
  • You will be corporate and professionally presented
  • Possess a can do attitude and have great communication skills both written and verbally
