Reporting to the HR Director, this role will offer you variety where no two days are the same and you will thrive in a supportive team environment which is highly focused on delivering effective HR solutions to support our national business.
  
Your duties and responsibilities include:  
  • Providing well-considered and legally compliant Employment Relations advice and support to leaders
  • Providing advice and interpretation on the application of all employment agreements and HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting Managers in disciplinary matters on all performance related issues
  • Provide workforce planning guidance to leaders
  • Ensure the provision of accurate and timely workforce data and support managers in interpreting and analyzing the data to enable productivity gains
  • Support managers through leadership principles in driving positive change practices and building capabilities to deliver and implement change initiatives that drive business performance
  • Ensure leaders understand the employee implications of change, poor performance, and their own style of leadership Principal Accountabilities
  • Ensure HR operational excellence
  • Provide advice and understanding that reinforces the Company Policies & Procedures
  • Develop and promote a positive HR brand and service to employees

To win this role you must have the following:  
  • Minimum of 5 years’ generalist HR experience and Degree qualified
  • The ability to engage and liaise with managers and team members across all levels of the organization
  • The ability to prioritize and manage the daily operational HR challenges
  • Flexibility and an enthusiastic ‘can do’ approach to HR activities
  • Proven coaching skills and experience in developing and contributing to HR tools and frameworks in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • The ability to craft well written documentation while being adaptable and resilient.
  • Driver’s License is Essential
