Reporting to the HR Director, this role will offer you variety where no two days are the same and you will thrive in a supportive team environment which is highly focused on delivering effective HR solutions to support the national business. This role will give you exposure to all facets of HR  and an opportunity to be proactive and make a difference.
  
  
Your duties and responsibilities include: 
  
  • Prepare and maintain all HR correspondences including approval forms, employment agreements, contract etc.
  • Interpret, assist and advise employee and management regarding cooperative agreement applications, leave management and benefit administration, and HR policies and procedures within specific guidelines
  • Keep HR databases updated
  • Contribute to the delivery of HR projects and programs
  • HR analysis and Reporting
  • Translate HR metrics against HR strategy
  • Update the HR metrics report and complete all analysis
  • Attend general meetings with management to discuss and clarify project requests, issues, and recommendations to address said issues and priorities
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding and off boarding processes for employees, contractors and temporary staff including assisting with inductions where needed
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters and new employee packs, induction packs etc.
  • Coordinate and monitor inhouse training courses and online compliance courses
  • Prepare employee liability reports for all departments and present to the key stakeholders when required

To win this role you must possess the following:
  
  • Tertiary studies in HR or Business-related studies, desirable
  • 2 years’ experience in HR administration and analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office – Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Stakeholder management skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics
  • Ability to operate under constant pressure
  • Working experience with a HRIS
  • A ‘Can do/ Want to’ attitude
  • Flexible (ability to work in a faced paced/constant changing environment)
