CRM Coordinator to work on exciting implementation project!

The Company

Kerwin Rae is a leading High Performance Coach/Business Strategist/Social Media Presenter/Podcaster who specialises in providing small to medium sized business owners the tools, strategies and tactics to accelerate growth and overcome the obstacles they encounter on their journey as an entrepreneur.

The role

Due to an exciting CRM implementation, we are looking to hire a CRM Coordinator who is highly skilled from both a technical and internal stakeholder management perspective to join our team!
  
This is a key project for the business, and we are looking for a technical superstar who also prides themselves on their ability to engage with a range of stakeholders. 

Key duties include
  • Evaluate and configure CRM system and provide detailed end user documentation
  • Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration
  • Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving problems
  • Provide training to end users
  • Gather, identify, and analyse CRM software requirements and ensure that they are met
  • Assist in creation of long-term strategic goals for high data quality and appropriate data use

Ideally you will have:
  • Certificate level in Information Technology, Networking or similar
  • Minimum two years experience in a similar role 
  • Experience in process documentation, training and auditing data
  • CRM knowledge (ActiveCampaign)
  • Experience in integrating other third-party apps
  • Knowledge of RESTful API’s and/or PHP (not necessary, but advantageous)
  • Loves database work and is tech savvy
  • An understanding of email marketing and automation sequences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
