The Company

Kerwin Rae is a leading High Performance Coach/Business Strategist/Social Media Icon/Podcaster who specialises in providing small to medium sized business owners the tools, strategies and tactics to accelerate growth and overcome the obstacles they encounter on their journey as an entrepreneur.

The Role 

Due to growth in our business, we are looking to hire a Customer Loving Consultant who will join our customer loving team to support with our key events throughout the year.
We need a customer service diehard, who knows that the key to providing amazing customer service is also the follow through and attention to detail that makes our client base feel valued and looked after.
This person will be a Brand Ambassador for the business; this will include management of all support lines, handling all enquiries and creating a positive experience for all external stakeholders/members of the KR community.
  • Inbound and outbound customer enquiries relating to introductions, event information, payments, troubleshooting, products, membership etc
  • Ongoing client relationship management
  • Sales administration including payments, contracts and finance related queries
  • Events administration including crewing and attendance to provide face to face support to our clients 
  • Negotiating often complex or emotional situations with our client base 
Your experience
  • Tertiary qualifications within business/commerce or qualifications within customer service highly advantageous
  • 6-12 months experience in a customer service focused role
  • Demonstration of building rapport with a wide range of stakeholders and communicating with empathy
  • Proactivity, strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Able to handle difficult and emotional conversations 
  • Strong understanding of the entrepreneurship and business landscape
