About the Role
Arcare is now looking for a State Manager Client Service to lead and manage 11 Victorian Sales team members to achieve maximum occupancy rates and Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD) targets whilst ensuring the effective execution of appropriate sale and admission functions for the State. The State Manager Client Service is also required to work closely with the Marketing team, Regional Relationship Managers, Residential Operations, Finance and Call Centre team to achieve shared goals. The State Manager Client service will not only report to but also provide support and assistance to the National Client Service Manager.

Skills and Experience
  • Must have at least 5 years experience working in Aged Care 
  • Previous experience in senior leadership/management position
  • A Bachelor Degree/qualification in a related field would be advantageous
  • Previous sales experience in Aged Care
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • A broad understanding of issues experienced by the elder community
  • Sound organisational and computer skills
  • Demonstrate a genuine caring attitude towards clients and families
  • Must be solution focused
  • Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration
  • Current Drivers Licence
