Arcare is now looking for a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinators to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, credentialing, police checks and Right to Work, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork.

About the Role
The Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible in assisting in Arcare’s recruiting and Talent Acquisitions methods and strategies. The Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for finding, attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet Arcare’s workforce needs and goals. The Human Resources Administrator may be required to drive to the various residences across NSW to assist with interviews.
Responsibilities but not limited to;
  • Write and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards;
  • Sources candidates by using database and social media;
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters;
  • Conduct phone, Skype and/or in person interviews;
  • Provide a short list of qualified candidates to hiring managers;
  • Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions;
  • Set up interviews with qualified candidates and hiring managers;
  • Assist with the interviewing of suitable applications when required;
  • Ensure that recruitment packs are prepared using appropriate checklist as a guide;
  • Assists with referee and qualifications checks using appropriate guides and databases;
  • Accurate and timely processing of Employment Registers - Credentialing, police checks and Right to Work;
  • Assist with preparation of employment contracts and correspondence to team members.
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience as a HR recruitment Coordinator or similar HR role;
  • Diploma or relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management (desirable)
  • Knowledge of HR policies and best practices (desirable)
  • Familiarity with HR databases and/or candidate management systems;
  • Experience in conducting phone & face to face interviews & reference checking;
  • Familiarity with social media, especially SEEK and LinkedIn (desirable)
  • Experience in conducting Police Checks (desirable)
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail and ability to prioritize;
  • Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new skills;
  • Proficiency in the use of software relevant to the position, e.g. Microsoft office suite;
  • Be reliable, flexible and a team player;
  • Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration;
  • Current Drivers Licence and own vehicle.
