Arcare Essendon is a brand-new aged care Residence due to open January 2021! We will be offering permanent support for 120 clients from a variety of backgrounds. Each client will have their own large private suite with individual bathroom and will be able to enjoy our on-site boutique café, hairdressing salon, theatre, and beautifully manicured courtyards.

About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for the role of ACFI Coordinator (RN or EEN) to assist in the management and coordination of all activities and documentation relating to ACFI at Arcare Essendon- Opening January 2021! 

The ACFI Coordinator will assist in ACFI assessments, collating ACFI packs, identifying opportunities for ACFI uplifts and ensuring accuracy and best practice always whilst optimizing ACFI submissions

Skills & Experience
  • Current Police Check or willing to obtain
  • Aged Care experience essential
  • Demonstrated high level of clinical assessment skills
  • A strong leadership skill with exceptional communication skills
  • A current AHPRA registration
  • Great documentation practice
  • Great understanding of care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation
  • Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
