About the Role
Arcare Maroochydore is looking for a Residence Manager to provide leadership, direction, care and financial management to meet all requirements as guided by Arcare. The Residence Manager is accountable to the State Manager for the outcomes of the 90-bed residence.

Skills and Experience
  • Previous Management experience in Aged Care or Health Services Sector
  • Registered Nurse Division One (desirable)
  • Demonstrate financial accountability
  • In-depth understanding of the aged care accreditation process & compliance requirement 
  • Commitment to quality and a broad knowledge of all facets of contemporary aged care including ACFI funding and Accreditation;
  • Adapt at developing strong relationships with all internal and external key stakeholders
  • Good communicator, authentic and passionate
  • Ability to respect the role and contribution of others in your team
  • Provide leadership, encourage and promote relationship building
  • Oversee quality care and promote effective business acumen skills
  • Computer literate
