Our client is a well-known and highly regarded insurance organisation which is seeking an experienced Personal Accident & Property Claims Consultant to join their team in a newly created position.

This organisation is a trusted provided within the insurance field which is going through a growth phase. You will join a high performing team of claims and underwriting professionals who work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a Personal Accident & Property Claims Consultant your duties will include –
  • Management of complex, complaint and possibly litigated claims
  • Effectively negotiate and investigate all claims and communicate with relevant parties
  • Provide advice on coverage
  • Identify and manage any potential fraud indicators while efficiently managing the process
  • Liaise with and manage service providers
Essential requirements –
  • Proven history of effectively managing a portfolio of Personal Accident or Accident & Health and property claims
  • Strong understanding of and hands on experience managing complex and complaint claims
  • Effective communication, negotiation, dispute resolution and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to build a strong rapport with external service providers and claimants
  • Ability to take ownership while working to tight deadlines
