This Care Home Manager role may be just for you if you are looking for a work-life balance, stunning nature, with a great base of culture, education, and great cuisine. Our client is looking for someone who has aged care management experience, strong leadership skills that maintains a cohesive team, and is confident with managing budgets.
The Role:
  • Oversee a 90-bed aged care facility across all levels of care
  • Promote your leadership through a strong vision, mentoring, and developing staff
  • Have a passion for resident-focused care, and creating a positive environment that allows for resident independence and highest quality care
  • Ideally have your APC to assist with clinical oversight
  • Meet or exceed occupancy targets, and build upon community relationships
  • Understand auditing, Quality and Risk Management, and achieving strategic goals
  • Broad knowledge of the NZ aged care industry & Health & Disability Service Standards
