The Requirements
  • Current APC and NZ Nursing Registration
  • Previous aged care leadership experience
  • Knowledge of the NZ aged care industry & Health & Disability Service Standards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent clinical assessment skills
  • Advanced care planning capabilities; ideally InterRAi trained
