We are in need of an experienced leader for a Clinical Manager role based in New Plymouth in this well-established, modern, medium-sized aged care facility that offers rest home and hospital level care.
The Role:
If you consider yourself passionate about aged care, coaching, building relationships, and have confidence in leading quality care, you will be a great fit. It is a full time, permanent role Monday – Friday.
  • Share your passion for providing excellent care and support to the residents
  • Foster a culture of hospitality, clinical excellence, and personalised care for this 65-bed aged care facility
  • Lead, mentor, and help develop the skills of your staff
  • Oversee quality care & highest standard of accreditation
  • Ensure a positive, strong and enabling team culture
  • Be the conduit between residents, families, staff, government agencies and allied providers
About You:
  • Proven aged care clinical management experience
  • Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentorship and supporting staff
  • Great communication skills and ability to solve problems
  • Commitment to quality service delivery
  • APC and Registered Nurse registration
  • And of course a passion for working with the elderly
Your oversight, knowledge of the sector and management experience will be a perfect match for this highly respected, well-established facility.
