Having a culture of health and safety effectiveness is pivotal at Dairyworks. Because of this, they are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their team.

What will you be doing?
  • Execute the strategic H&S plan in consultation with the Senior Management Team.
  • Manage all aspects of health and safety.
  • Provide advice on legislative changes and industry trends.
  • Identify critical risks and proactively prioritise to ensure controls are fit for purpose.
  • Effectively collaborate with key stakeholders and people throughout the business to negotiate, influence and problem solve.
Who we are looking for:
  • At least 3 years Health & Safety Management experience, preferably in a FMCG/manufacturing environment.
  • Formal Health & Safety qualification(s).
  • Experience in developing H&S strategy, systems and procedures.
  • Commercially aware with a strong strategic skillset and the ability to effectively prioritise.
  • Great initiative, detail oriented and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
