Our Client
Our Client is a boutique real estate finance and investment company established by one of Melbourne's most well-known property families. Catering to a broad range of clients across all sectors, they pride themselves on a discerning approach backed by decades of experience that fosters long-lasting relationships and embeds them in the very fabric of the Australian property industry. With considerable plans for growth in the immediate future, they are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Team Coordinator to grow with the company long-term.
  
  
Your Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the COO and CIO, you will play a key role in ensuring the day to day operations of the business run smoothly, including responsibility for:
  • Prompt and professional administrative support to the COO and CIO as well as ad hoc support to other team members
  • Preparation of agendas and minutes for internal and external meetings convened or attended by the CIO and COO
  • Communication with existing and prospective investors and borrowers including arranging and participating in regular meetings and maintenance of up to date records
  • Undertake high-level market and borrower research using resources provided
  • With the assistance of the COO, maintain an Active Risk Register for the business
  
You Will Need
  • 2+ years’ experience in administrative role within property, legal or financial services
  • Be hard-working, proactive, and able to demonstrate resourcefulness and innovation
  • Have a strong desire to expand their core skills and grow professionally with the business
  • Demonstrate flexibility regarding hours worked and tasks undertaken
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally at a C-Suite level
