Located in the beautiful regional city of Albury-Wodonga, Total HRM provides an extensive range of HR and OH&S solutions for clients throughout Victoria and NSW. Total HRM seeks a highly successful, driven and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director.

In your new role you will:
  • Manage the Managing Director’s emails, work schedule and preparation of communications on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Support internal and external stakeholder management including being a key point of contact for Managing Director
  • Prepare reports, communication packs and other documents by liaising with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring information is reviewed ahead of time
  • Identify opportunities to continuously optimise the time and efficiency of the Managing Director
  • Coordinate webinars and events
You will have:
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar role, demonstrating excellent organisational skills
  • A strong track record of successfully managing and prioritising multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with an ability to influence others
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

This is a permanent part-time role with some flexibility of the spread of 15 hours across the week. The successful candidate will need to undergo a police check and have a valid driver's licence.
