Located close to picturesque Lake Mulwala, Yarrawonga Manufactured Housing (YMH) design and construct quality residential, commercial and holiday accommodation in their modern manufacturing facility, then locate the dwellings onsite throughout Victoria and NSW.

Yarrawonga Manufactured Housing is seeking a motivated and experienced Draftsperson with excellent attention to detail and skills in Revit.

In your new role you will:
  • Produce drawings and vary existing drawings using Revit software, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, internal elevations and shadow diagrams.
  • Ensure quality control by completing all drawings with accuracy to reflect customer contractual documents and regulatory requirements, and within agreed time frames.
  • Provide drawings and documentation for tenders, masters, contracts, approvals and site purposes.
  • Identify cost-effective and build-able solutions to all designs.
  
You will have:
  • 2+ years' experience as a draftsperson in the residential construction industry, with volume building experience an advantage.
  • A Certificate IV in Building Design Drafting or other relevant qualification and highly experienced with Revit (or CAD).
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality of work and communication skills.
  • Self-motivation with a proven ability to multi-task, effectively deal with a variety of activities and meet deadlines.

This role is a full-time permanent position, and the successful candidate will need to undergo a police check, D & A screen and have a valid driver's licence.
