The company

This company helps everyday Australian’s through their unique product to build a large and profitable property portfolio. Having been around for 12 years, they are a rapidly growing but well-established company and are looking for a property coach to join their team due to their extreme success, having experienced record months recently.
  
The role
  • You will be given hot, qualified leads
  • Educating clients about property investment and finance
  • Nurturing and supporting the client throughout the process
  • Presentations of property options to clients
  • Working closely with partners and service providers
  • Creating new business opportunities
  • Taking the client through a three-stage process and do portfolio reviews every 6 months
  
  
Requirements
  


  • Either:
  • Owns own property investments with a background in a finance related role'
  • Successfully worked for another property investment company or;
  • Dealt with new home finance.
  • Strong understanding of finance.
  • Min 3 years of consultative sales experience (in the property industry preferred but not essential).
  • Proven performance in previous roles.
  • Proven ability to deliver on conversions.
  • Must possess a strong business acumen.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills.
  • Salesforce knowledge highly regarded.
  • Well presented
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Be passionate about the property industry
  • Flexible to work Saturdays and evenings when required
  • Experience managing and growing a team
