The Role
This project role will backfill a team member who has been seconded onto a project. As the IT Support specialist, your time will be split between working on the Helpdesk and completing planned system upgrades, migrations and installations across Office 365, Proxy Servers, MS Teams and the telephony network.
The Successful Applicant
Will have extensive experience in an IT Support or Level 2 Helpdesk position.
Is highly competent performing the above listed tasks and is highly competent with MS Office 365, MS Teams and other widely used Microsoft products
Has excellent customer service skills and a ‘Can do’attitude.
Will be a proven self starter who can work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Is immediately available or on short notice and can commit to a 2-3 months assignment.
