Our client is an imaginative business who operate within the building and construction industry. Their brand presence is strong and they have significant projects and plenty in the pipeline operating though out the country. 

The primary purpose of the position is to add significant commercial value to the builds from start to end. The role will work closely with Department Heads to translate business and strategic objectives into targets, tactical plans and action steps. As well as providing input into strategy, this position will oversee the divisions budgeting and forecasting, develop bench marking metrics, produce output for the Board and provide ongoing coaching and support to the team. Preparing business cases and understanding trade-offs when decision making will be key to this role. 

Previous experience within Construction is desirable as is someone who can operate in a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders.  CPA / CA qualifications or equivalent are expected as are excellent modelling skills.
