Our client is a globally recognised organisation who distribute and supply a complete range of products to a specialised market. Due to substantial growth in recent years a position has become available for a Customer Service Officer to join their vibrant team located in Western Sydney.
The position will play an important link between the products, suppliers and customers with an emphasis of developing and maintaining relationships built on trust and respect.

The Role:

  • Update and maintain database
  • Respond to incoming communication via telephone, faxes, and emails
  • Timely and accurate processing of purchase orders
  • Accurate response of pricing inquiries and product information request
  • Obtain freight rates and review stock availability to assist with preparation of quotes
  • Arrange warranty and spare parts replacements
  • Consignment stock reconciliation
The ideal candidate:
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Previous ERP and database system experience
  • High standard of customer relationship management skills
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite
