3 years’ or more construction experience working with concrete or
formwork
 Ensures they operate plant and power tools correctly and a daily
plant/power tool checks is carried out
 Works in alignment with leading hand to deliver tasks to meet project
targets
 Ensuring their productivity adds value to the team
 Contributes to Morning Team Briefing (pre-start) and Weekly Toolbox Talks
 Maintains good relations with teammates
 Has the ability to converse with team members at all levels
 Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements relating
to regulatory and industry standards
 Willing to learn and go on BCITO training
 Able to problem solve and has a collaborative approach with other team
members
