This international structural steel fabrication company specialises in supplying pre-engineering building systems to the world’s industrial and commercial construction markets. With more than fourteen years’ experience, they are well known for the consistent delivery of high-quality products in the international market; They continue to grow their operation in Australia. Last year they turned over $20M in Australia operating in Queensland alone.  They have now established a Victorian office and want to do the same in NSW.  To achieve this, they need to find a well-connected and talented Business Development Manager for NSW who will focus on growing the business in NSW with the backing of the national and international business.
  
The Position:
  • Determine and provide initial quotes to customers/clients and follow up with customers/clients
  • Actively develop and maintain relationship with customers/clients
  • Review contracts, managing contracts and ensuring contracts requirements are met
  • Participate in project management and provide work site supervision when it is necessary and required  
The Person:
  • 8 years or more experience in construction and steel fabrication industry 
  • Previous sales record of structural steel products
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of Australia structural steel standards and practice
  • Established network of contacts, relationship and good reputation within the construction and steel fabrication industry
